Mrs Raffler advises on all aspects of individual and collective labour law, with a significant emphasis on the drafting of employment contracts and of contracts for managing directors and board members as well as the termination of such contracts, on preparing the dismissal of employees and terminating their employment contracts, negotiating works agreements, and providing advice on business restructuring measures. As a certified labour law specialist with many years of experience, Mrs Raffler represents individual clients in labour disputes before all trial and appeal courts anywhere in Germany. Mrs Raffler is a regular speaker on labour law issues for various seminar organizers. Moreover, she holds training courses for her clients on the General Equal Treatment Act.
