Dr. Engbers advises - in a national and international context - on all aspects of general commercial law, e.g. on questions of industrial property rights or the drafting of distribution agreements. A further focus of Dr. Engbers lies on real estate law, more specifically on real estate transactions, the drafting of commercial lease agreements as well as on private construction and architects law. In the field of the law of succession, Dr. Engbers has many years of expertise in drafting last wills and providing advice in probate litigation and inheritance disputes.
