Dr. Friedrich Scheuffele advises on the acquisition and sale of undertakings, mergers, restructuring as well as capital measures. A further focal point of his advice is on the area of company law, from the choice of legal form and the formation of companies to continuous advice on all matters of company law, including the representation of shareholders in disputes, also in court. In the field of general commercial law, Dr. Scheuffele drafts distribution agreements and advises on co-operations, especially considering the framework conditions of cartel law. Dr. Scheuffele represents clients in matters involving banking and capital market law, also in credit negotiations, but also in connection with the financing of M&A projects and with questions of liability for investment advice as well as issues relating to securities law.

- Study of law at the Universities of Würzburg, Caen (France, licence en droit 1993) and Munich (1st state examination 1996, 2nd state examination 1998)
- Dr. jur., University of Munich 2003
- Joined the law firm in 1999, initially while preparing his doctoral thesis, full time from 2001
- Associate in the area of mergers & acquisitions and private equity in the Munich office of a major U.S. law firm from February 2004 to June 2005
- Re-joined the firm in July 2005 as a partner
